Availability of quality planting material of economically viable aromatic plants at an affordable cost is considered to be one of the key requirements for realization of their potential because successful aromatic crops requires production of not only quantity but also quality and marketable raw material for industries. Therefore, to support the farmers of rural Uttarakhand, a high-tech nursery by CAP selaqui, has been established to produce bulk quantity of certified planting material. The facilities available for mass multiplication of planting material are mist chamber, polyhouse, net house, vermi culture unit, root trainers, foggers, sprinklers, sprayers, nursery beds etc.
